1979
The Ministry of Justice has issued a notice on restoring the lawyer system, and the first lawyer institution in Zhejiang Province, the "Hangzhou Legal Advisory Office," has rebuilt the first floor of the Intermediate People's Court.
1981
Yuan Xianming, Li Chunfa, Yao Qingcheng, Cao Xing, Wang Zhijian, Liu Xisheng, Wei Jianxin and Li Jialu became the first batch of lawyers in China after the reconstruction of the lawyer system.
August 4 ，Hangzhou Legal Advisory Office hanged out it’s shingle at No.4 Liuying Road, carried out its lawyer business and opened the "West Lake Era".
1982
The Judicial Bureau provides vehicles for the Hangzhou Legal Advisory Office
1984
the legal advisory office was renamed as "Hangzhou First Law Firm" after the trial implementation of the fund management system of full management, balance subsidy, excess commission and self-supporting.
1986
Convene a summary and award ceremony for part-time invited lawyers
1987
Part time invited lawyer summary award ceremony and lawyer legal speech competition. it moved to the Municipal Government Building at No.484 Yan'an Road, and opened the "Wulin era". Relocate to the Municipal Government Comprehensive Building located at 484 Yan'an Road for office work, and move towards the 'Wulin Era'. Hangzhou Industrial Building and Hangzhou Industrial Operation Company have hired Hangzhou First Law Firm as their legal advisors.
