Representing a guarantee company in Hangzhou to appeal a financial loan contract dispute with a bank, helping the appellant obtain a second instance judgment revision and reduce losses by 13 million yuan;
In the second instance stage of the dispute over the right to use construction land filed by a developer against a street in Yuhang District, as well as in the first and second instance stages after being remanded for retrial, all cases were won, and the developer recovered a loss of 180 million yuan;
In the case of the sales contract dispute between Mou and Ye regarding the meltblown equipment, we assisted the plaintiff in terminating the sales contract and refunding the equipment payment through machine quality appraisal;
