I graduated from the Law Department of Hangzhou University with a Bachelor's degree in Law from September 1985 to July 1989; From September 1993 to July 1994, graduated from the National Foreign Legal Personnel English Intensive Course at the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law; In March 1997, the Ministry of Justice, the National Science and Technology Commission, and the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Administration of China completed the training course on mergers and acquisitions and shareholding reform of companies and obtained professional qualifications; In September 1997, the lawyer completed a training course on defining property rights for collective technology enterprises and obtained professional qualifications; From March 1998 to June 1999, graduated from the graduate program of Law and Economic Law at the Law School of Zhejiang University and obtained a Master's degree in Law; I graduated from the Independent Director Training Course for Listed Companies at the China Securities Association and Fudan University School of Management in July 2003.

The retrial and revision of the construction contract dispute between Zhejiang XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Jinhua XX Engineering Co., Ltd. by the Zhejiang Provincial High Court;

The retrial case of the guarantee loan contract dispute between the Rural Credit Cooperative Union Business Department and XX Old Steel Utilization Corporation, Zhejiang XX Electric Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and XX Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd;

A Canadian technology company and a Ningbo equipment company appealed for a revised verdict;

The retrial of a loan contract dispute between a company in Huzhou and a company in a certain rectangular shape, which was revised by the Zhejiang Provincial High Court, is now under review;

Huang's embezzlement case was acquitted by the court after defense;

After defense, the prosecutor's office made a decision not to prosecute in the case of possessing firearms.
