Zhejiang Branch, and provided asset investigation reports and legal opinions; And responsible for the litigation and execution of dozens of non-performing debt cases, including those of China Eastern Asset Management Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Branch and China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Branch, recovering more than 2 billion yuan of non-performing assets for clients;
Provided full process legal services including due diligence, contract drafting, tax planning, and risk prevention for the acquisition of 100% equity and debt transfer of Hangzhou Zhongsheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Fengwei Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) and Zhejiang Zhongsheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (the subject matter is 200 million yuan) by Zhejiang Machinery Equipment Import and Export Co., Ltd;
As the lead lawyer, I undertook the filing of the first newly established securities private equity fund company in Zhejiang Province after the implementation of the new private equity policy. Afterwards, I also hosted the registration and filing of dozens of securities, equity, and other private equity fund companies, and served as a long-term legal advisor for multiple private equity fund companies;
As the lead lawyer, I have undertaken the shareholding reform of multiple enterprises and listed them on the National Central Enterprise Share Transfer System (New Third Board) and Zhejiang Equity Trading Center (Fourth Board);
Successfully represented Wenzhou Longwan Wanda Plaza Investment Co., Ltd. in a dispute over the pre-sale contract of commercial housing with the buyer. The two parties had a dispute over whether the buyer had the right to terminate the contract, with a potential dispute amount of billions of yuan, involving more than hundreds of households, 11 households being sued, and nearly 200 million yuan being sued. In the end, the case was settled through mediation with only over 10 million yuan, avoiding group litigation cases and successfully resolving legal risks;
Successfully represented Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in a trade financing dispute case with Jiangxi Gantie Logistics Co., Ltd. After multiple trials by multiple courts in Hangzhou and Nanchang, the case lasted nearly 3 years and ultimately helped the client Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. recover losses of over 20 million yuan;
Successfully handled the first cross provincial compliance case in Hangzhou.
