Classic Case
Criminal defense:
1. In the criminal series case of "trick loan", Ma was criminally detained on suspicion of extortion and blackmail, with a huge amount of money involved. After lawyer Qiu intervened, he went to the detention center multiple times to meet, communicate with the public security organs, and communicate with the victims. In the end, he successfully defended himself in court, and the amount of the crime was reduced from 1 million to 200000. He was ultimately sentenced to probation by the court;
2. Su Moumou is suspected of fraud. During the public security stage, after entrusting Lawyer Qiu, Su Moumou was successfully released on bail pending trial. After multiple rounds of review, communication, and defense, Lawyer Qiu's opinion was ultimately adopted by the court, and his criminal status was changed from a principal offender to an accomplice, and he was sentenced to probation by the court;
3. Mr. Ruan is suspected of internet and telecommunications fraud. During the investigation and prosecution stage, he entrusted Lawyer Qiu. The case of Gao Moumou being suspected of possession of firearms, after lawyer Qiu intervened and fully communicated with the investigating authorities, the public security organs adopted Lawyer Qiu's opinion and believed that Gao Moumou did not constitute a crime. In the end, Gao Moumou was not prosecuted and was acquitted;
Civil and commercial cases:
1. The case of a financial loan contract dispute between a certain bank and Jin, involving a subject matter of 2.5 million yuan, was filed, preserved, sued, held in court, and enforced by lawyer Qiu. The court supported all claims and auctioned off the defendant Jin's property, ultimately recovering the full principal and interest.
2. The case of Xu v. Shen and Lin over equity transfer dispute was filed, preserved, heard, and communicated on behalf of Lawyer Qiu. In the end, the other party compromised and Shen voluntarily returned the corresponding equity payment, and the case was settled through mediation;
3. The case of Xu suing a bank for a dispute over a savings loan contract, where Xu's bank card was fraudulently used in a different location. Lawyer Qiu took over and immediately sent a lawyer's letter to the bank and filed a lawsuit. Eventually, the bank agreed to return all the stolen funds to Xu;
4. Shi sued a company for a labor dispute, and after communication and coordination by lawyers, the two parties reached a pre-trial settlement;
5. In the case of Wu suing a cultural company and Miao over a contract dispute, the lawyer accepted Wu's commission, conducted a comprehensive investigation of the other party's property, and immediately sued them, sealing their bank accounts and vehicles to recover Wu's economic losses.
Compulsory enforcement cases:
1. The case of a financial loan contract dispute between a certain bank and Weng, involving a total amount of 3 million yuan. After accepting the commission of the execution stage, Lawyer Qiu quickly and comprehensively searched the property of the executed party, ultimately locking in their property and bank account. After communicating with the court, he auctioned off their property located in Hangzhou, recovering huge losses for the parties involved;
2. In the case of Zhang v. Lu over a civil loan dispute contract, upon the application of a lawyer, the debtor was included in the "deadbeat list", restricted from high consumption, and subjected to nationwide surveillance to force them to repay the loan;
3. In the case of Zhao v. Wang over a private lending dispute, Zhao entrusted Lawyer Qiu during the execution stage, claiming that the court would not grant him execution. After reviewing the relevant case files, the lawyer found that during the trial stage, Zhao was not familiar with the legal procedures and lacked key materials, which prevented him from applying for enforcement. After multiple communications with the trial judge, Lawyer Qiu successfully supplemented the materials and successfully applied for compulsory enforcement, ultimately resulting in successful execution.
