Lawyer Ni Xinquan started practicing in 2013 and specializes in non litigation and civil and commercial litigation, particularly in areas such as corporate legal counsel, banking and finance, and private lending.
Having a solid foundation in legal theory and practical experience in handling legal matters, I have undertaken a large number of litigation and non litigation businesses, including civil lending, contract disputes, motor vehicle traffic accident liability disputes, labor disputes, and criminal disputes. I have rich experience in legal risk prevention for enterprises, non litigation legal services, and practicing as a lawyer.
I am now joining the financial and commercial professional legal team of our partner, Lawyer Liao Guan. Our main responsibilities include providing non litigation services such as legal risk prevention for long-term legal advisory units of enterprises, as well as handling litigation cases related to banking and financial services. So far, we have represented more than 30 banking and financial cases, with a total amount of nearly RMB 100 million involved.
