1. Provide full process legal services for a certain real estate group limited company, including project investment and financing, preliminary engineering bidding, construction management, preliminary investment attraction, sales of commercial housing, and providing full process legal opinions on all contracts related to the company's daily operations;
2. Provided full process legal services for a certain real estate group limited company, and provided full process legal services for twelve cooperative development projects between the real estate group and real estate enterprises such as Country Garden, Rongxin, Greentown, Xizi, Zhongliang, Dexin, Zhongtian, Tianyang, Dajia, Xuhui, Binjiang, and Greenland, including negotiation and review of cooperation agreements, shareholder resolutions, board resolutions, various contracts and letters.

In the end, the case was settled through mediation with only 900000 yuan, avoiding group litigation cases and successfully resolving legal risks.
5. Successfully represented Zhejiang XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. in several disputes related to the purchase and sale of commercial housing contracts with buyers, including disputes over fine decoration style and default, and recovered more than 36 million yuan in losses for the company.
6. Successfully represented Jiaxing Real Estate Co., Ltd. of a certain real estate group in a contract dispute case with a certain company in Jilin Province, and settled the case through mediation with a 30% discount on the project price.
7. Successfully represented a certain real estate group Jiaxing Real Estate Co., Ltd. in several disputes over the purchase and sale contracts of commercial housing with buyers. Due to the decline in housing prices, the buyers requested termination of the contract on the grounds of sales fraud, as the promotional materials did not match the planning. The court's effective judgment found that there was no fraudulent behavior in the sale of commercial housing in this case and rejected all claims of the buyers. Due to the fact that this case is a collective case with a potential target of over 30 million yuan, the victory of this case helped Jiaxing Real Estate Co., Ltd., a certain real estate group, avoid a large number of subsequent collective cases and mitigate significant risks.
