Classic Case
As a member of the bankruptcy administrator, I participated in the handling of the first bankruptcy reorganization case of Pingyang County People's Court, Pingyang County Taiyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. This case is the largest abandoned building in Wenzhou, with a total amount of 2.5 billion yuan involved and involving more than 500 homebuyers. The county government has established a working group to cooperate in promoting resumption of work and reorganization.
As a member of the bankruptcy administrator, I participated in the handling of the first bankruptcy reorganization case of Zhejiang Oujian Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. in Longwan District People's Court, Wenzhou City. The case involved an amount of 900 million yuan and has been successfully reorganized. The case was selected as one of the top ten typical cases by the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court in 2013.
As the bankruptcy administrator, handled dozens of bankruptcy liquidation cases.
Participate in the issuance of medium-term notes by Wenzhou Mingcheng Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and assist in issuing legal opinions.
Provide specialized legal services for Agricultural Bank of China to conduct due diligence on non-performing assets.
Successfully recovered transferred assets through several third-party revocation lawsuits.
