Classic Case
In 2017, handled two cases of reputation disputes between the Putuo Mountain Buddhist Statue Research Institute and Li Wei v. Chen Jianming and Zhang Xingzhong, representing the defendants Chen Jianming and Zhang Xingzhong to exempt them from economic compensation liability. The Zhejiang Provincial High People's Court upheld the original judgment in the second instance;
Since 2018, we have been handling the case of Zeng Hui's lawsuit against China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Branch for a housing lease contract dispute. We represented the defendant, China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Branch, for four years and went through the entire litigation process of first instance, second instance, retrial, and appeal to secure the permanent lease right of Tongpu Building.
In 2019, handled a dispute between the two founders of the well-known Japanese brand "Zhuli" in Hangzhou regarding liability for damages to the company's interests, and acted as an agent for the plaintiff to recover several million yuan in losses;
In 2021, the plaintiff represented Hangzhou Shengtao Si Health Management Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Bosheng Catering Management Co., Ltd. in a lawsuit against Raffles (Hangzhou) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. regarding an economic compensation dispute after the closure of Ascott. Through a combination of litigation and non litigation channels, the two parties were compensated for their overdue benefits;
In 2022, it undertook the dispute of housing lease contract between Hangzhou West Lake Water Area Management Office and wutong Shadow Communication Service Co., Ltd., and represented the defendant wutong Shadow Communication Service Co., Ltd. to obtain the most favorable result of continuing to perform the contract in case of breach of contract, maintaining the expected operating interests of five stores of wutong Shadow Communication Service Co., Ltd. during the contract period.
