Shen Xiangming, Secretary and Director of the Party Branch of Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute, Jiang Haibin, Deputy Director, Managing Partners Bei Sai and Zhu Xinying, Partners Liu Dajin and Ni Luowei warmly received and held discussions.
Director Shen Xiangming accompanied the leaders to visit the office area, lawyer mediation room, party building wall, cultural corridor and other areas of the firm.
At the symposium, Director Shen Xiangming, on behalf of Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute, warmly welcomed Secretary Qi and his delegation for their guidance, and gave a detailed report on the development history of the law firm, the current scale layout, the "Unified Red Star" characteristic party building brand, the "2322" party building work system, Zhejiang Hangzhou Mediation Office, public welfare activities, and other situations.
Secretary Qi fully affirmed the achievements of Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute in recent years, praised its party building characteristics, historical background, and exploration and practice in lawyer mediation work. He also put forward requirements for the next step of Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute's work: firstly, to enhance its political position and highlight the leadership of party building. Deeply integrating party building work with the development of law firms, guiding lawyers within the firm to firmly uphold their ideals and beliefs, adhere to their original mission, and become "good lawyers that satisfy the Party and the people", continuously empowering lawyers' growth and law firm development with characteristic party building brands, and ensuring the correct political direction of lawyer work. The second is to serve the overall situation of the service center and enhance the brand of the law firm. We should be brave enough to take on social responsibility, actively serve the overall situation of the center, deeply participate in social welfare activities, and empower society and young lawyers. Establish higher goals, enhance forward thinking, and strive to become a standardized, branded, international, and intelligent high-quality law firm.
