On September 8, 2023, Xu Bulin, President of the Henan Lawyers Association, Su Huawei, Vice President, Zhao Xingyi, Director of the Lawyer Work Department of the Henan Provincial Department of Justice, Zhen Qingfeng, Director of the Commendation Committee of the Henan Lawyers Association and Vice President of the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association, Bai Yongli, Director of the Women's Working Committee of the Henan Lawyers Association and Deputy Supervisor of the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association, Lu Yanxiang, Supervisor of the Supervisory Board of the Henan Lawyers Association and President of the Luohe Lawyers Association, Chen Liyou, President of the Xinyang Lawyers Association of Henan Province, and Zhang Beilei, Director of the Industry Development Department of the Secretariat of the Henan Lawyers Association, and a delegation of eight people visited Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute for inspection and guidance. Shen Xiangming, Secretary and Director of the Party Branch of Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute, Zheng Shumu, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Branch, Xu Hong, Managing Partner, Liu Dajin, and others warmly received and held discussions.
At the symposium, Director Shen Xiangming warmly welcomed President Xu and his delegation to Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute for inspection and guidance on behalf of the institute. He provided a detailed introduction to the development history of Zhejiang Hangzhou Institute, the scale of the law firm, and the cultural construction of the law firm, the "Unified Red Star" characteristic party building brand, and the "2322" party building work system.
President Xu expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our firm and highly affirmed the excellent party building and mediation work achievements of Zhejiang Hangzhou Law Firm. He expressed his hope to take this opportunity to continuously promote exchanges and cooperation between law firms in the two places, learn from each other, establish a large platform for communication and learning, share opportunities, and jointly promote the development of the legal industry.
At the meeting, both sides had in-depth discussions on the training mechanism for young lawyers. Director Shen Xiangming provided a detailed introduction to the construction of the youth lawyer team and the personal ability training mechanism for young lawyers at Zhejiang Hangzhou Law Firm. Both sides agreed that young lawyers, as the backbone of the law firm in the future, will undertake the mission of law firm development and inheritance. An excellent training mechanism will provide a broad development platform for young lawyers and continuously supply fresh blood for the high-quality development of the law firm. Subsequently, both parties had sufficient exchanges and discussions on various issues such as the scale development, institutional construction, management structure, party building work, professionalization construction, and salary system of the firm.
